INTERNAL PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY

Eleveit developed IPT, a new ankle protection system that offers an excellent balance between flexibility and protection.

The IPT has a polyurethane structure with two flexure points and programmed restraint points. The excursion of the restraint points is preset to mechanically control lateral and longitudinal torsion of the ankle within its physical limits, preventing excessive torsion and therefore protecting the joints from possible injuries. While not hampering the normal movements of the joint, it limits ankle movement at certain predefined points to prevent twisting beyond its natural limits. The structure is sewn both to the upper and lower part of the upper and connected to the heel to guarantee excellent hold for the leg in the event of a fall. The IPT has an ergonomic form, that is less bulky and gives the freedom of movement needed for riding while guaranteeing maximum protection.

INTERNAL TIBIA PROTECTION

NEWLY DESIGNED INTERNAL EVA SHIN PROTECTION IS ERGONOMICALLY SHAPED AND WRAPS AROUND THE OUTER CALF.

It is engineered to spread and dissipate impact energy across the entire surface while remaining compact.

The expanded EVA is injected internally into the front-lateral flex area of the technical microfiber upper on which it is preformed.

REAR CLOSURE SYSTEM

CLOSING SYSTEM OPTIMIZED BY THE COMBINATION OF HINGE AND MICRO-METRIC STRAP.

The rear entry has a stretch panel for a close fit and ease of entrance and removal.

Combination of shin plate micro-adjustable ratchet top closure for safe and precise calf protection, fit together with rear Zip made from TPU to reduce friction, it offers an increased level of comfort and it ensures that the upper wraps around the foot, providing maximum fit, precision and sensitivity while riding.

SLIDER

Interchangeable toe slider in glass fibre-reinforced PU, highly resistant to abrasion and with a wear indicator.
It is also available, as spare part, a slider made of a special alloy which is abrasion resistant.
